Timbres Passion
Welcome to Youth!
"Timbres Passion" is a Youth Championship in all categories. It is a national exhibition under the patronage of the French Federation of Philatelic Associations (FFAP) and the help of ADPhile held every two years in a city of France.
Poitiers, host city in 2014, will benefit from the issue of a postage stamp.
